Unpolished commissions take up to a month.Polished commissions may take more, depending on complexity.If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.More in my TOS.
TOS
Before you order, please make sure to have read my Terms of Service. These terms apply to private commissions only. This information is NOT applicable for commercial work, therefore the art can only be used for the client’s personal purposes.All prices base prices. Things that might increase the price are complex character designs, number of characters, not being able to provide a good visual reference, complex backgrounds and amount of detail in the image in general.
Please read the terms carefully:
I, Parawasper (the artist):I reserve the right to decline a commission or cancel and refund it.Currency accepted is either USD or EUR and can be paid through PayPal, Ko-Fi or any Lithuanian bank transfer.Commissions are paid 100% upfront. Once I have given you a price and you have agreed, please send me your PayPal email and I will request an invoice.I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, unless you specifically ask to keep the commission private.You (the customer/commissioner):You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, make prints, etc.) unless for personal use.You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.If ordering an NSFW commission, you confirm that you are over 18 years old.
Process & Delivery
I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund.You can check your commission status on my Carrd's front page!While I'm working on your commission I will send progress pictures during:
- sketching,
- flat color,
- rendering.You can request any reviews/revisions/changes during the sketching phase for free.After I've started coloring, I will not be able to make big adjustments or revisions, such as a different pose.The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece.If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image to your PayPal email. Note that there is no physical product.
Refunds
The buyer is issued a full refund when requested, if I have not started working on the commission.The buyer is allowed to have a 50% refund, if they cancel the commission after the sketching phase, but before I started coloring.If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
